Waldorf CH8900G-CB Bold - 900mm Gas Chargrill - Cabinet Base

Waldorf CH8900G-CB Bold 900mm Gas Chargrill with Cabinet Base

The Waldorf CH8900G-CB is a heavy-duty 900mm gas chargrill mounted on a cabinet base, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and manufactured in New Zealand, it delivers a total output of 100MJ/h across three individual 33MJ/h stainless steel U-burners, giving chefs consistent, intense heat from edge to edge of the cooking surface.

Engineered for both performance and ease of maintenance, the CH8900G-CB features reversible cast iron grates set at an incline, with a flare-reducing grate fin design that channels grease through grooves into a front collection channel. Every component that contacts heat and grease, including the radiants, burners, and grease tray baffles, lifts out for straightforward cleaning, making this chargrill as practical to maintain as it is powerful to cook on.

Key Benefits

• Three independently controlled burners allow different heat zones across the 900mm surface, giving chefs flexibility to cook a variety of proteins and vegetables simultaneously.
• The inclined grate fin design actively reduces flare-ups by directing grease away from the flame and into a dedicated front collection channel, improving food quality and reducing the risk of burning.
• Full pilot ignition and per-burner flame failure protection enhance operational safety during busy service periods.
• Reversible heavy-duty cast iron grates extend the usable life of the cooking surface and allow both sides to be used, reducing replacement costs.
• Lift-out radiants, burners, and grease tray baffles make end-of-service cleaning faster and more thorough, supporting food safety compliance.
• Heavy-duty, heat-resistant reinforced control knobs withstand the demands of a busy kitchen environment and remain easy to operate even during intense service.
• Cabinet base provides enclosed under-counter storage, maximising workspace utility in tight kitchen layouts.
• Compatible with both natural gas and LPG, offering flexible installation across a wide range of commercial kitchen setups.
