The Turbofan VH35-30 is a purpose-built ventless condensing hood designed to pair with the Turbofan E35D and E35T series convection ovens, eliminating the need for costly fixed exhaust ductwork or canopy installation. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and made in New Zealand, it offers a practical solution for commercial kitchens, cafes and bakeries where conventional ventilation infrastructure is unavailable or impractical.

The VH35-30 operates on a single-phase electrical connection and features oven-interlocked operation so the extraction system activates automatically with the oven. A three-stage filtration system captures grease, airborne particles and cooking odours, while an internal condensing heat exchanger reduces heat emissions into the kitchen environment. The self-contained condensate collection pan requires no connection to a waste drain, further simplifying installation. The VHIK35 Installation Kit is supplied, though mechanical and electrical field assembly and connection to the oven are required.
