The Turbofan VH33 is a ventless condensing hood purpose-built to pair with Turbofan E33D and E33T convection ovens, eliminating the need for a fixed canopy exhaust or ducted extraction system. Its self-contained design makes it an ideal solution for venues where overhead ductwork installation is impractical or cost-prohibitive, allowing the oven to be placed in locations that would otherwise be unsuitable.

The VH33 operates on a single-phase electrical connection and is interlocked with the oven so extraction runs in coordination with cooking cycles. A condensing heat exchanger reduces heat emissions into the kitchen, while a built-in condensate collection pan handles moisture without requiring any connection to a waste drain. The VHIK33 Installation Kit is included, though mechanical and electrical field assembly is required to connect the hood to the oven.
