The SK40A arrives flat-packed (CKD) for straightforward on-site assembly, making it practical to transport and install in tight spaces. With six tray runner positions compatible with both 1/1 GN pans and 600x400mm baking trays, it integrates seamlessly into high-volume cooking operations.
