The Turbofan E931M is a light commercial electric convection oven and cooktop combination designed to deliver exceptional versatility in compact kitchen environments. The oven accommodates 4 x 1/1 GN Gastronorm pans with 80mm tray spacing, and supports roasting, baking and grilling, while the integrated 4-element cooktop provides a total of 7kW of cooking power across front and rear hotplate zones. Built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the E931M is engineered for cafes, catering operations and small commercial kitchens where counter space is at a premium.
A low-velocity circulation fan ensures even heat distribution throughout the oven cavity, with a mechanical thermostat adjustable from 50 to 270°C and a 60-minute timer with audible buzzer for straightforward, dependable operation. The cooktop features a fully hygienic pressed stainless steel top with 6-position heat setting controls per element, while the oven chamber is lined with vitreous enamel for easy cleaning and long-term durability.
