The Thermaster TPB1200 Pizza Prep Bench is a purpose-built commercial refrigerated prep unit combining a 470-litre refrigerated cabinet with a six-pan topping rail, giving pizza and sandwich kitchens everything needed at a single workstation. Constructed with stainless steel on both the interior and exterior, the unit is designed to withstand the demands of high-volume foodservice environments while remaining straightforward to clean and maintain.

Controlled by a Dixell digital temperature controller and running on a standard 240V single-phase 10-amp connection, the TPB1200 holds product between 0°C and +5°C with auto defrost and self-evaporating drainage for low-maintenance operation. Six 1/3 GN topping pans are included along with a full-length PE cutting board, making the unit ready to put to work immediately on delivery. Note: this unit is not suitable for use in mobile catering vehicles or other mobile environments.
