In 2019 it received the FCSI award recognising it as the outstanding new piece of hospitality equipment that year.

What distinguishes the ReFlex is its deep integration with the SKOPE-connect platform over Bluetooth wireless technology. Through the SCS Connect controller and accompanying smartphone app, operators can select precise temperature presets matched to specific product categories, including dairy, desserts, poultry, various seafood types, red meat and standard food safety requirements.
