The Skope RF7.PPS.3.SD is a three solid-door gastronorm salad preparation fridge built on Skope's award-winning ReFlex platform. Constructed entirely from food-grade 304 AISI stainless steel inside and out, it combines a fan-forced ducted airflow system, e-coated evaporation coils, a condensation mitigation system, and an optimised blown air well to deliver class-leading food safety performance across both the benchtop and the refrigerated interior. The unit is supplied complete with a stainless steel benchtop, seven 1/3 GN 100mm deep gastronorm pans, and a removable 200mm x 13mm thick cutting board, making it ready for immediate service use.
Designed for high-volume commercial kitchens in restaurants, cafes, clubs, quick service restaurants, and similar hospitality venues, the RF7.PPS.3.SD runs on the natural refrigerant R290 and consumes just 3.58 kWh per 24 hours, achieving up to 30% greater energy efficiency than the market benchmark. SKOPE-connect via Bluetooth wireless technology allows operators to monitor internal temperatures remotely and adjust the temperature range on the go, providing real-time food safety alerts. The side-mounted refrigeration cartridge is self-contained and removable, simplifying servicing while maximising usable interior shelf space.
