Skope GALA MDP150 A Modular Ice Cube Maker

Skope GALA MDP150 A Modular Ice Cube Maker

The Skope GALA MDP150 A is a commercial modular ice cube maker producing 150 kg of premium GALA ice cubes every 24 hours. Built in Spain from AISI 304 stainless steel, it is engineered to perform reliably in tropical ambient conditions up to 43°C, making it well suited to busy bars, restaurants, hotels and hospitality venues across Australia.

The GALA ice cube's distinctive truncated cone shape melts slowly and fits all glass types, delivering drinks that stay cold without becoming diluted or flavour-compromised. An optional 230 kg Silo S220 storage bin and stacking kit are available, allowing operators to scale capacity within the same floor footprint, while ITV-patented spray nozzles and a dynamic water-circulation system consistently produce crystal-clear ice.

Key Benefits

• High-volume output of 150 kg per 24 hours keeps up with demand during peak service periods in bars, cafes and event venues.
• Slow-melting truncated cone shape chills drinks effectively without excessively watering them down or altering flavour, ideal for premium spirits and cocktails.
• Dynamic water-circulation process builds ice gradually in thin layers, expelling trapped gases to produce consistently crystal-clear cubes.
• ITV-patented flexible spray rubber nozzles minimise limescale build-up, reducing cleaning frequency and extending component life.
• Silent Rain system minimises friction on all water-contact parts, keeping operational noise to just 67 dB for comfortable front-of-house environments.
• Optional stacking kit allows a second unit to be mounted above the first, doubling production capacity without increasing the 0.6 m² floor footprint.
• R452A refrigerant and self-contained, fan-assisted refrigeration deliver energy-efficient operation with a modest 1.5 kW power draw.
• Easy-access top-mounted operational switches simplify daily use and adjustments without requiring tools or disassembly.
• Modular design pairs with the optional Silo S220 230 kg storage bin, giving operators flexibility to match storage capacity to their service requirements.

Key Features

• Produces 150 kg of GALA ice cubes per 24 hours at rated conditions.
• Truncated cone-shaped ice cubes suit all glass types and melt slowly to preserve drink quality.
• AISI 304 stainless steel body construction for commercial durability and hygiene.
• Self-contained, fan-assisted refrigeration system using R452A refrigerant.
