Skipio SUR15-3D-6

Skipio SUR15-3D-6 Underbench 6-Drawer Refrigerator 425L

The Skipio SUR15-3D-6 is a commercial underbench refrigerator designed to keep ingredients cold and within arm's reach during busy service. Built to worktop height with six stainless steel drawers, it integrates seamlessly beneath a prep bench, adding 425 litres of organised cold storage without consuming valuable floor space in commercial kitchens, restaurants and cafes.

Equipped with a fan-forced cooling system, digital temperature control and auto defrost, the SUR15-3D-6 maintains a consistent internal temperature between 1°C and 8°C with minimal manual intervention. Castors allow the unit to be repositioned as kitchen layouts evolve, while R-134a refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor deliver reliable, energy-conscious performance on a standard 240V single-phase supply.

Key Benefits

• Sits neatly under an existing bench to deliver cold storage right on the preparation line without sacrificing floor space
• Worktop-height construction means chefs can access ingredients instantly during service, reducing movement and improving workflow
• Six individual drawers allow stock to be separated and organised by ingredient type, speeding up prep and reducing cross-contamination risk
• Digital temperature control lets staff set and monitor the cabinet temperature precisely, supporting food safety compliance
• Fan-forced cooling distributes cold air evenly throughout all six drawers, preventing warm spots and maintaining consistent food safety temperatures
• Auto defrost eliminates the need for manual defrosting, reducing maintenance time and keeping the unit operating efficiently
• Castors provide easy mobility so the unit can be relocated or moved out for cleaning without heavy lifting
• Stainless steel drawers and exterior resist corrosion, tolerate rigorous daily cleaning and meet commercial hygiene standards
