Skipio SUF15-2

Skipio SUF15-2 Double Door Underbench Freezer 420L

The Skipio SUF15-2 is a 1500mm wide, double solid-door underbench freezer designed for the demands of commercial kitchens, cafes and food service operations. With a 420-litre capacity and a worktop-height profile, it slots neatly beneath a preparation bench to deliver reliable frozen storage exactly where it is needed on the line, without consuming additional floor space.

Built from stainless steel and insulated with CFC-free polyurethane and cyclopentane foam, the SUF15-2 maintains an interior temperature range of -21°C to -12°C using R-404a refrigerant and a 3/4 HP compressor. Fan-forced air distribution and digital temperature control ensure consistent, even cooling throughout the cabinet, making it a practical and energy-conscious choice for busy service environments.

Key Benefits

• Fits under a standard preparation bench to add 420 litres of frozen storage without occupying extra floor space in a tight kitchen layout.
• Worktop-height construction keeps frozen ingredients and mise en place within arm's reach of the cook, reducing travel time during service.
• Two solid doors allow separate sections of the cabinet to be opened independently, minimising cold-air loss and helping maintain stable temperatures during busy periods.
• Fan-forced cooling circulates cold air evenly around all stored items, eliminating warm spots and helping food stay safely frozen throughout the cabinet.
• Digital temperature control enables precise setting and monitoring of the interior, giving kitchen managers confidence that product is held within the correct range at all times.
• CFC-free polyurethane and cyclopentane insulation improves thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption and supporting more sustainable kitchen operations.
• Stainless steel exterior withstands the rigours of a commercial kitchen environment and can be wiped down quickly to maintain food-safe hygiene standards.
