Saro HLS3250 Clyde Heat Lamp

Saro HLS3250 Clyde Heat Lamp

The Saro HLS3250 Clyde is a professional heat lamp designed to keep plated meals and bain-marie food at serving temperature at the pass or service counter. Built in Italy with a polished chrome finish, it suits the demanding look and hygiene standards of commercial kitchen environments.

The lamp runs a Sylvania 250W globe with a Teflon coating that contains glass fragments if the globe shatters, providing an important food-safety safeguard during service. Height is continuously adjustable between 600mm and 1300mm, making it straightforward to position the heat zone precisely over plates of varying heights, and a conveniently placed on/off switch on the shade keeps operation simple for pass staff.

Key Benefits

• Maintains food at correct serving temperature at the pass, reducing waste and improving plate quality for diners.
• Teflon-coated Sylvania globe contains glass fragments if breakage occurs, protecting food and meeting food-safety expectations in commercial kitchens.
• Height adjusts from 600mm to 1300mm, allowing the lamp to be positioned correctly over shallow plates or tall bain-marie inserts without changing equipment.
• On/off switch located on the shade puts control right where service staff need it, speeding up operation during a busy service.
• 225mm shade diameter provides a broad, even heat spread across a standard dinner plate.
• Standard E27 screw fitting means replacement globes are widely available and quick to source.
• Chrome finish is easy to wipe down and maintains a clean, professional appearance at the front-of-house pass.
