An electronic timer with 4 individual channels, each offering two independently adjustable pre-set periods of up to 10 minutes, allows operators to cook multiple food types simultaneously with audible alerts when each cycle completes. The counter-balanced, self-levelling top plate incorporates a load limiter that prevents the plate from bearing down with its full weight onto whatever is being cooked, protecting delicate fillings and food appearance.
