The Rieber ZUB 3 is a stainless steel heated delivery trolley designed to transport and hold food at temperature across busy commercial kitchens, hospitals, aged care facilities and catering operations. With three full 1/1 GN capacity hot wells, the unit maintains consistent heat from the servery to the point of service, reducing the risk of food cooling during transit.

Built with a double-walled, insulated carcass and 200mm deep-drawn hot wells welded directly into the body, the ZUB 3 is engineered for durability and thermal efficiency. Stepless thermostat control from +30°C to +110°C gives operators precise temperature management, while practical features such as a safety push handle, corner bumpers and braked castors ensure safe, controlled movement through a facility.
