The Rieber ZUB 2 is a professional heated delivery trolley designed to transport and hold food at serving temperature during distribution across commercial kitchens, hospitals, aged care facilities and catering venues. Built around two full-size 1/1 GN hot wells, the unit maintains food quality from kitchen to service point with stepless thermostat control ranging from +30°C to +110°C, giving operators precise temperature management across a wide range of menu items.

Constructed from stainless steel with a fully double-walled, insulated and cladded carcass, the ZUB 2 is engineered for durability in demanding daily use. The 200 mm deep-drawn hot wells are welded directly into the body for a seamless, hygienic finish, while thoughtful operator features such as a safety push handle, impact-protected switch elements, corner bumpers and twin-braked swivel castors make the trolley practical and safe to manoeuvre in busy service corridors.
