Each cabinet holds up to 14 x 1/1 GN trays (37mm deep) and is fitted with its own heating element and individual thermostat adjustable from +30°C to 90°C, giving operators full control over holding temperatures for different menu items simultaneously.

Constructed with insulated, double-walled cabinets and self-closing doors to retain heat during transport, the NORM-II-0 is designed to support HACCP-compliant food service workflows. A solid worktop with raised edges provides a safe surface for plating or staging, while corner bumpers, a transport lock and a four-castor base with two swivel castors and brakes ensure safe, controlled movement through busy corridors and service areas.
