Rational IVPXL iVario Pro XL 150 Litre Multifunctional Cooking Appliance - RCD Socket and Ethernet

The Rational iVario Pro XL is a 150-litre multifunctional cooking appliance designed to replace multiple traditional pieces of kitchen equipment in a single unit. It consolidates the functions of bratt pans, kettles, boilers, ranges and deep fryers, delivering up to four times faster cooking speeds and up to 40% less energy consumption compared to conventional equipment, while freeing up to 30% more floor space in the kitchen.

Equipped with intelligent cooking technology including iCookingSuite and iZoneControl, the iVario Pro XL automatically adapts to the demands of each cooking task and allows the base to be divided into up to four independently controlled zones. A pressure cooking option further accelerates production, and the unit is engineered to operate continuously day and night with minimal unproductive downtime. Connectivity is provided via an Ethernet port and RCD socket, supporting integration into modern commercial kitchen environments.
