The PrepPal PPMA-20 is a heavy-duty 20-litre planetary mixer built for the rigorous demands of bakeries, pizzerias and commercial kitchens. Powered by a 1100W motor running on 230V/50Hz, its three-speed gear-driven transmission handles the full range of mixing tasks, from stiff bread and pizza doughs through to light batters, creams and whipped preparations.
Designed with daily production workflows in mind, the PPMA-20 includes a 30-minute countdown timer that stops the machine automatically at the end of a cycle, freeing operators to attend to other tasks. A suite of safety features, including a cut-switch that temporarily interrupts power if gears are changed while the machine is running and an interlocked bowl lift and bowl guard, keeps the work environment safe during high-volume service.
