Polar UA002-A U-Series Premium Single Door Freezer 422Ltr

Polar UA002-A U-Series Premium Single Door Freezer 422Ltr

The Polar UA002-A is a premium single door upright freezer from the U-Series range, offering 422 litres of frozen storage capacity suited to small and medium restaurants, cafes, bars and bistros. Built to the highest commercial specifications, the unit is constructed inside and out from 304 stainless steel for lasting durability and easy cleaning, and is engineered to operate reliably in ambient kitchen temperatures of up to 43°C.

A powerful forced-air cooling system works with an electronic expansion valve to reach target temperatures quickly and maintain consistent results throughout busy service, reducing the risk of food waste. Intelligent digital temperature controls, an LED interior light, lockable heavy-duty castors and an E-shaped shelf support system that accommodates both shelving and GN pans simultaneously make this freezer a practical and efficient choice for any commercial kitchen environment.

Key Benefits

• Maintains consistent frozen temperatures even in commercial kitchens reaching up to 43°C, protecting valuable stock during peak service periods.
• Forced-air cooling recovers temperature quickly after door openings, minimising food waste and preserving produce quality.
• Electronic expansion valve accelerates cool-down and recovery times, improving overall energy efficiency.
• E-shaped anti-tilt shelf supports allow shelves and GN pans to occupy the same runners simultaneously, maximising usable storage space.
• 2/1 GN compatible design lets you transfer pans directly between appliances without decanting, saving time during prep and service.
• Lockable heavy-duty castors make it straightforward to reposition the unit for cleaning, maintenance or kitchen reorganisation.
• LED internal lighting makes it fast and easy to locate produce without prolonged door-open times.
• 304 stainless steel interior and exterior resists the wear and corrosion typical in busy kitchen environments and wipes down quickly after use.
