Polar GP488-A G-Series Triple Door Multideck Freezer

Polar GP488-A G-Series Triple Door Multideck Freezer

The Polar GP488-A G-Series Triple Door Multideck Freezer is a 1800mm wide, 1156-litre commercial display freezer built for high-footfall food service environments including cafes, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Designed to keep grab-and-go frozen foods, snacks and impulse lines perfectly frozen and attractively presented, it combines a generous triple-door layout with twelve adjustable shelves to maximise merchandising flexibility.

Constructed with a steel exterior and aluminium interior, the GP488-A runs on the low-GWP R290 refrigerant and uses powerful forced air cooling to maintain a consistent temperature range of -18°C to -22°C throughout the cabinet. Colour-changeable LED lighting with remote control, self-closing double-glazed lockable doors, automatic heater defrost and 60mm insulation all work together to reduce running costs while keeping product looking its best around the clock.

Key Benefits

• Triple-door, 1156-litre capacity provides abundant merchandising space for frozen grab-and-go lines, reducing restocking frequency during busy service periods.
• Forced air cooling distributes cold air evenly across all shelves, ensuring stock at every level stays at the correct temperature throughout the cabinet.
• Colour-changeable LED lighting with remote control lets you match display aesthetics to your front-of-house branding, drawing customer attention and driving impulse purchases.
• Self-closing double-glazed doors minimise cold air loss each time a customer browses, improving energy efficiency and helping to lower electricity costs.
• Lockable doors protect stock from unauthorised access outside trading hours, reducing shrinkage and improving inventory control.
• Automatic heater defrost and 60mm cabinet insulation work passively to maintain stable temperatures and cut energy consumption without requiring staff intervention.
• Twelve adjustable shelves allow the internal layout to be reconfigured quickly to suit different product sizes, promotional lines or seasonal ranges.
• Castors make it straightforward to reposition the unit on the floor or roll it out for thorough cleaning underneath and behind.
• User-friendly digital controller provides precise, at-a-glance temperature management, simplifying daily monitoring and compliance record-keeping.
