Pitco SE14C Solstice Electric Fryer

Pitco SE14C Solstice Electric Fryer

The Pitco SE14C Solstice Electric Fryer is a heavy-duty commercial fryer designed to keep high-volume kitchens running efficiently. With a 22-litre oil capacity and 17 kW of heating power, it delivers consistent frying performance across continuous service periods, making it well suited to busy restaurants, canteens, and catering operations.

Built around Pitco's Solstice Supreme platform, the SE14C features computer control for precise temperature management, a safe fixed element design, and mercury-free relays for reliable long-term operation. Its mix-and-match cabinet configuration allows operators to combine multiple units side by side, offering flexibility as output demands grow.

Key Benefits

• Computer control enables precise, repeatable temperature settings that reduce oil degradation and improve food quality consistency.
• Dual baskets allow two separate food items to be cooked simultaneously, increasing throughput during peak service.
• 17 kW heating input supports fast heat recovery so production output stays high even under heavy continuous load.
• The included lid retains heat when the fryer is idle, reduces oil splatter, and contributes to a safer working environment.
• Adjustable 9-inch legs provide height flexibility, making it straightforward to align the unit with adjacent equipment or bench surfaces.
• Mercury-free relays and a safe fixed element design reduce maintenance concerns and contribute to a more environmentally responsible kitchen operation.
• Mix-and-match cabinet compatibility means additional fryer units can be paired together, scaling up capacity without significant extra floor space.
• Multiple controller options allow the unit to be configured to suit different operational workflows and staff skill levels.
