The Noaw NS350HDA is a fully automatic, gravity feed, belt driven slicer engineered for demanding commercial environments including delis, butcher shops and busy kitchen operations. Built in Italy from anodised aluminium, it features two independent motors — one dedicated to blade rotation and one to carriage movement — giving operators precise, separate control over every aspect of the slicing process. An intuitive touch control panel allows adjustment of blade speed, carriage speed, carriage travel length and the number of slices required, while a manual operating mode provides additional flexibility when needed.

The NS350HDA is equipped with a 350mm blade, a built-in sharpening head and a blade ring guard for safety and consistent cutting performance. A tough clear Plexiglass guard shields operators' fingers and helps prevent contamination during use, while a nylon spiked meat grip firmly secures product throughout the slicing cycle. Slice thickness is adjustable via a precise knob, variable blade speed ranges between 210 and 280 RPM, and a 38-degree gravity feed angle keeps product correctly positioned at all times. A 20ml bottle of food grade lubrication oil is included for maintenance of internal mechanisms.
