Nemco NEL0002 Easy Lettuce Cutter

Nemco NEL0002 Easy Lettuce Cutter – 12mm x 12mm Square Cut

The Nemco NEL0002 Easy Lettuce Cutter delivers fast, precise 12mm x 12mm square cuts through lettuce and a wide range of other fresh produce, making it an indispensable tool for high-volume commercial kitchens. Its scalloped, interlocked blade system is engineered to slice cleanly rather than crush or bruise, meaning cut lettuce stays fresher for longer with no browning or rusting on the edges.

Constructed from stainless steel and cast aluminium throughout, this American-made unit is built to withstand the demands of daily food service use. Angled cast aluminium legs fitted with no-slip feet keep the unit firmly in place during operation, while a tool-free disassembly system allows the pusher block and blade assembly to be separated in seconds for thorough cleaning, supporting strong hygiene standards and maximum return on investment.

Key Benefits

• Clean, sharp cuts prevent browning and rusting on lettuce edges, extending shelf life and reducing food waste.
• No crushing or bruising of delicate produce preserves texture and presentation quality.

• Pretensioned, interchangeable blade assemblies require little to no re-tensioning when replaced, minimising downtime during busy service.
• Interlocked blades nested firmly in the frame resist flexing, maintaining consistent cut quality over time.
• Angled cast aluminium legs with no-slip feet provide a stable, secure cutting platform that reduces unit wear and operator fatigue.
• Versatile enough to handle a variety of food-prep cutting tasks beyond lettuce, increasing its utility across the kitchen.
