Kitchen Knock Work Bench with Undershelf AWF-0480 400 x 800 x 900mm (631527)

The Kitchen Knock AWF-0480 is a compact stainless steel work bench built for the demands of commercial kitchens, cafes, restaurants and catering operations. Supplied flat-packed for straightforward self-assembly with included instructions, it arrives ready to be configured into your prep area without the need for specialist tools or tradespeople.

Constructed without a splashback for maximum placement flexibility, this bench pairs a heavy-duty 1.2mm SUS304 stainless steel worktop with a solid SUS201 stainless steel undershelf, offering both a hygienic primary prep surface and convenient lower-level storage. A rated load capacity of 176kg means it handles the rigours of high-volume food preparation day after day.

Key Benefits

• SUS304 stainless steel top resists corrosion and staining, making it straightforward to sanitise between tasks and compliant with commercial kitchen hygiene standards.
• 176kg load capacity supports heavy equipment, large cuts of meat, bulk produce and gastronorm containers without deflection.
• No-splashback design allows the bench to be positioned freely in the middle of a kitchen or against a wall without obstructing workflow or adjacent equipment.
• Solid stainless steel undershelf keeps frequently used ingredients, trays and utensils within arm's reach, reducing unnecessary movement during service.
• Adjustable feet compensate for uneven floors, ensuring a stable, level work surface and preventing rocking in older commercial kitchen environments.
• Flat-pack delivery with assembly instructions lowers freight costs and allows the bench to be moved through narrow doorways and corridors before being assembled on site.
• Compact 400mm width maximises usable floor space in tight kitchens while still providing an 800mm deep working surface for full-size cutting boards and prep tasks.
