Kitchen Knock Work Bench Single Sink with Leg Brace ASS-1560C 1500 x 600 x 900mm

The Kitchen Knock ASS-1560C is a commercial-grade stainless steel work bench with an integrated single sink, purpose-built for the daily demands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and catering operations. Measuring 1500 x 600 x 900mm, it delivers a practical prep and washing surface without consuming excessive floor space, making it well suited to kitchens where every square metre counts.

Constructed with a 1.2mm SUS304 stainless steel top, a 150mm splashback, and a solid SUS201 stainless steel leg brace, the bench combines hygiene-friendly surfaces with a rigid, load-bearing frame rated to 53kg. A 600mm and 700mm depth option is available, and all necessary assembly components are included so the bench can be set up quickly on site.

Key Benefits

• The 1.2mm SUS304 stainless steel worktop resists corrosion and staining from food acids, cleaning chemicals, and constant moisture, keeping prep and washing areas hygienic throughout a busy service.
• A 150mm splashback along the rear edge shields walls and adjacent surfaces from water and food splatter, reducing cleaning time and protecting kitchen fit-outs.
• The 0.8mm SUS201 stainless steel solid leg brace significantly stiffens the frame, preventing racking and wobbling under heavy loads during intensive prep work.
• A 53kg rated capacity supports substantial equipment, cutting boards, and produce without stressing the structure.
• Adjustable feet allow the bench to sit level on uneven kitchen floors, preventing tipping and reducing vibration noise.
• Available in both 600mm and 700mm depths, operators can choose the configuration that best suits their available kitchen space and workflow requirements.
• The integrated single sink centralises washing and prep tasks at one station, streamlining kitchen workflow and reducing staff movement.
• All assembly instructions and components are included in the package, enabling straightforward on-site installation without sourcing additional hardware.
