An 11-stage digital LED control system gives chefs precise, real-time power adjustment, while multiple built-in safety features — including overheating and overvoltage protection and an automatic idle shutdown — reduce risk and running costs. A commercial revolving water tap and reusable air filter element simplify daily cleaning and ongoing maintenance.
