Built in a single-compartment, self-supporting stainless steel frame using 25 x 25 mm (1.0 x 1.0 inch) square tube, it delivers a robust yet lightweight construction that makes it one of the easiest units of its type to manoeuvre in a busy commercial kitchen environment.

Seven pairs of welded U-shaped shelf rails are spaced 75 mm apart and fitted with push-through and tilt protection on both sides in accordance with DIN EN 18867-2, giving the trolley up to 50% greater usable capacity when GN containers without lids at 150 mm depth are loaded. A solid cover plate folds down on all sides and is sound-insulated on the underside, doubling as a practical worktop, while four swivel castors with twin total-lock brakes keep the unit exactly where you need it.
