Hoshizaki HRF-77 Fridge Freezer Combo 1D

Hoshizaki HRF-77 Fridge Freezer Combo 1 Door Split

The Hoshizaki HRF-77 is a commercial dual-temperature upright cabinet that combines a freezer compartment on top and a refrigerator compartment on the bottom within a single 700mm-wide footprint, delivering a total storage capacity of 670 litres. Built for restaurants, cafés, hotels, clubs, healthcare facilities and catering operations, it provides both frozen and refrigerated storage without occupying the floor space of two separate units.

Constructed from stainless steel inside and out, the HRF-77 uses a forced-air refrigeration system to maintain uniform temperature distribution across both compartments independently. A programmable digital controller and display gives operators precise, reliable temperature management, while practical details such as adjustable shelving, self-closing doors, a heated mullion, and lockable castors make it a robust, food-safe solution for demanding commercial kitchen environments.

Key Benefits

• Consolidates frozen and refrigerated storage into one cabinet, freeing up valuable kitchen floor space compared to running two separate units.
• Independent refrigeration and freezer systems allow each compartment to maintain its own target temperature without one zone affecting the other.
• Forced-air cooling circulates cold air evenly throughout both compartments, reducing hot spots and supporting consistent food safety compliance.
• Programmable digital controller and display makes it straightforward to set, monitor and adjust temperatures during busy service periods.
• Lockable castors allow the unit to be repositioned easily for cleaning or kitchen layout changes, then secured firmly in place during operation.
• Stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces resist corrosion, withstand heavy daily use, and are simple to wipe down for hygiene compliance.
• Adjustable shelves with retaining clips accommodate a wide variety of container sizes and can be reconfigured quickly as storage needs change.
• Self-closing doors and a heated mullion help maintain stable internal temperatures and reduce energy consumption during high-traffic service.
