The Hatco HDW-1 is a freestanding single drawer warmer designed for high-volume commercial foodservice settings, including busy restaurants, hotel buffets, carvery stations, catering operations and food service venues. Built from rugged stainless steel with 12-gauge stainless steel slides, durable nylon drawer rollers and heavy-duty hardware, this unit is engineered to endure the rigours of demanding commercial kitchens while holding food at safe, consistent serving temperatures throughout peak trading periods.

Each drawer is equipped with its own dedicated on/off switch, independent thermostat, a temperature monitoring display and adjustable sliding humidity vents, all working together to give operators precise control over every holding zone. The drawer accepts full-size 1/1 GN pans up to 150mm deep, making it straightforward to integrate into existing service workflows. Please note that pans, legs and associated hardware are not included with this model.
