Goldstein PFB24Q4-X 800 X-Series Gas Cooktop

Goldstein PFB24Q4-X 800 X-Series 4 Burner and 610mm Char Grill Gas Cooktop

The Goldstein PFB24Q4-X is an Australian-made 800 X-Series commercial gas cooktop combining four high-performance 33 MJ open burners with a 610mm char grill section, delivering a total gas input of 212 MJ. The fully welded heavy-duty stainless steel body provides the rigidity and long-term durability demanded by busy commercial kitchens, while the modular X-Series design allows flexible configuration with burner, griddle, and char grill combinations available in 305mm, 610mm, 914mm and 1219mm widths.

Designed for both operational efficiency and ease of maintenance, the PFB24Q4-X features a constant pilot flame for maximum energy efficiency, pilot flame failure safety on all open burners, and removable cast iron trivets for straightforward cleaning. The char grill section uses heavy-duty reversible cast iron grates with two levelling options, and the stainless steel fascia, spill zones and drip trays keep the unit looking clean and functioning safely through heavy daily service.
