Goldstein PFB24G2-X 800 X-Series Gas Cooktop

Goldstein PFB24G2-X 800 X-Series Gas Cooktop – 2 Burners with 610mm Griddle

The Goldstein PFB24G2-X is an Australian-made commercial gas cooktop from the 800 X-Series, combining two high-output 33 MJ open burners with a 610 x 520 x 20mm mild steel griddle plate in a single 914mm-wide unit. Built on a fully welded stainless steel body with a total gas input of 106 MJ, it is engineered to handle the sustained demands of busy commercial kitchens, restaurants and catering venues.

Designed with a modular philosophy, the X-Series platform supports a flexible range of configurations across burner, griddle and chargrill sections in 305mm increments, allowing operators to tailor their cooktop lineup as service needs evolve. Thoughtful details such as pilot flame failure safety, piezo ignition on the griddle, adjustable legs and removable drip trays make this unit as practical to operate and maintain as it is powerful.

Key Benefits

• Twin 33 MJ open burners deliver rapid, responsive heat for high-volume cooking tasks across a wide flame range from high to low.
• The 20mm thick mild steel griddle plate provides even, consistent surface heat across its full 610mm width, suited to simultaneous cooking of multiple portions.
• Pilot flame failure safety on the open burners automatically cuts gas flow if the flame is extinguished, reducing risk in a busy kitchen environment.
• Piezo ignition on the griddle section enables fast, reliable start-up without the need for separate ignition tools.
• Adjustable legs spanning 140 to 170mm allow the unit to be levelled precisely on uneven floors and aligned with surrounding equipment.
• Stainless steel fascia and sides, combined with dedicated spill zones and removable drip trays, keep clean-down quick and straightforward after service.
• Removable cast iron star trivets are easy to lift out for thorough cleaning and are built to withstand long-term commercial use.
• Modular X-Series design is compatible with 305, 610, 914 and 1219mm griddle and chargrill sections, enabling future reconfiguration as kitchen requirements change.
• Made in Australia with a fully welded steel body, ensuring structural rigidity and reliable long-term durability in demanding commercial settings.
