Goldstein PF628FF-X 800 X-Series 700mm (28in) Oven Range

Goldstein PF628FF-X 800 X-Series 700mm 6-Burner Fan Forced Gas Oven Range

The Goldstein PF628FF-X is an Australian-made commercial oven range from the 800 X-Series, featuring six high-performance gas cooktop burners paired with a 700mm fan forced gas oven. Built on a heavy-duty fully welded stainless steel body, it is engineered for the rigorous demands of busy commercial kitchens, delivering consistent, reliable output across both the cooktop and oven cavity.

The X-Series modular design gives operators genuine flexibility, supporting various cooktop configurations including burners, griddle plates, and chargrill options across 305mm, 610mm, and 914mm combinations. Multiple oven variants are also available in the same series, all in gastronorm-compatible sizes, making the range adaptable to a wide variety of kitchen workflows and menu requirements.

Key Benefits

• Six 33 MJ removable cooktop burners with 40% of flame ports concentrated in the centre cross deliver even, high-performance heat across the cooking surface for consistent results at peak service.
• Fan forced oven with 100°C to 280°C thermostatic control ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the cavity, reducing hot spots and improving baking and roasting reliability.
• Constant pilot flame design maximises operating efficiency and reduces energy waste, while pilot flame failure on open burners and flame failure protection on the oven burner enhance safety.
• Fully insulated oven and door lined with vitreous enamel retains heat effectively and makes the interior straightforward to clean after service.
• GN 1/1 compatible oven cavity with three-position racking and heavy-duty chrome wire rack supports gives operators the flexibility to cook full gastronorm trays and adapt shelf height to different dishes.
• Stainless steel fascia and sides, along with dedicated spill zones and drip trays, simplify cleaning and help maintain hygiene standards during and after service.
• Adjustable legs ranging from 140mm to 170mm allow the unit to be levelled accurately on uneven kitchen floors, and the straightforward design supports easy servicing and maintenance.
• Ergonomic door handle, large heat-resistant reinforced control knobs with clearly marked high-to-low flame settings, and angled corners combine practical usability with a professional appearance.
