Goldstein PF48G40FF-X 800 X-Series 1005mm (40in) Gas Fan Forced Oven Range

The Goldstein PF48G40FF-X is a heavy-duty jumbo gas range from the 800 X-Series, featuring a 40-inch (1005mm) gas fan forced oven and a flexible modular cooktop built for the rigours of high-volume commercial kitchens. Constructed in Australia with a fully welded stainless steel body, the unit delivers the structural rigidity and lasting durability that busy venues demand, with a total gas input of 115/116 MJ.

The modular cooktop design supports a range of configurations including open burners, griddle plates, and chargrill options across 305mm, 610mm, 914mm, and 1219mm widths, giving operators the flexibility to tailor the cooking surface to their menu requirements. The fan forced gas oven is gastronorm compatible and offers precise thermostatic control, making it equally suited to baking, roasting, and high-output banquet cookery.

Key Benefits

• Fan forced gas oven ensures even heat distribution throughout the cavity for consistent baking and roasting results across every rack position.
• Modular cooktop design allows various combinations of open burners, griddle plates, and chargrill sections, adapting the range to changing menu needs.
• Constant pilot flame with pilot flame failure safety on open burners and oven burner maximises energy efficiency and protects against undetected gas flow.
• Fully welded stainless steel body and welded surrounds for griddle and chargrill sections provide exceptional rigidity and a long service life under daily commercial use.
• Vitreous enamel lining on the oven interior and door simplifies cleaning and helps maintain consistent cooking temperatures.
• GN 1/1 compatible oven cavity with three-position racking and heavy-duty chrome wire rack supports allows flexible loading and easy removal for cleaning.
• Adjustable legs (140–170mm) enable precise levelling on uneven kitchen floors, and an ergonomic door handle with angled corners supports safe, efficient operation.
• Large, heat-resistant reinforced control knobs with clearly visible high-to-low flame settings reduce adjustment errors during busy service periods.
• Stainless steel fascia and sides, combined with spill zones and drip trays, minimise cleaning time and help maintain hygiene standards between services.
