Goldstein PF24G228FF-X 800 X-Series 700mm (28in) Oven Range

Goldstein PF24G228FF-X 800 X-Series 700mm Fan Forced Gas Oven Range with 2 Burners and 610mm Griddle

The Goldstein PF24G228FF-X is part of the Australian-made 800 X-Series commercial oven range, combining two high-output gas burners, a 610 x 520 x 20mm mild steel griddle plate, and a 700mm fan forced gas oven into a single 914mm-wide unit. Built on a heavy-duty welded stainless steel body, this range is engineered for the rigour of busy commercial kitchens, offering a flexible modular cooktop layout with the griddle section positioned on the left-hand side.

The fan forced gas oven delivers consistent, even heat across a 100°C to 280°C thermostat range and is fully GN 1/1 compatible, making it well suited to high-volume baking, roasting, and reheating. Vitreous enamel lining on both the oven cavity and door simplifies cleaning and supports even heat distribution, while safety features including pilot flame failure protection on open burners and the oven burner provide added peace of mind during service.

Key Benefits

• Fan forced gas oven ensures consistent, even heat distribution for reliable baking and roasting results across every service
• GN 1/1 oven capacity with three-position racking maximises usable space and accommodates standard gastronorm trays without modification
• Constant pilot flame on burners improves energy efficiency and reduces re-ignition time during busy periods
• Pilot flame failure protection on open burners and the oven burner enhances kitchen safety by automatically cutting gas supply if a flame extinguishes
• 20mm thick mild steel griddle plate retains and distributes heat evenly, delivering consistent results across the entire cooking surface
• Modular cooktop design supports multiple configurations of burners, griddle plates, and chargrill options, allowing the range to adapt as operational needs change
