Goldstein PF24G20FF-X 800 X-Series 500mm (20in) Gas Oven Range

Goldstein PF24G20FF-X 800 X-Series 500mm (20in) Gas Fan Forced Oven Range with 600mm Griddle

The Goldstein PF24G20FF-X is part of the 800 X-Series range of heavy-duty commercial cooking equipment, combining a 610 x 520 x 20mm mild steel griddle plate with a 500mm gas fan forced oven in a single 610mm-wide unit. Manufactured in Australia from fully welded stainless steel, it is engineered for the rigours of busy commercial kitchens requiring consistent, high-output cooking performance day after day.

The modular X-Series design philosophy allows kitchens to configure cooktop sections in 305mm or 610mm increments, combining burners, griddle plates, and chargrill options to suit specific menu requirements. The fan forced oven delivers even heat distribution across a gastronorm-compatible cavity, while the stainless steel fascia, drip trays, and vitreous enamel oven interior make the unit practical to clean and maintain in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Benefits

• Gas fan forced oven delivers consistent, even heat distribution for reliable baking, roasting, and reheating results across the full oven cavity.
• Thermostatic oven control from 100°C to 280°C gives chefs precise temperature management across a wide range of cooking applications.
• 20mm thick mild steel griddle plate retains and distributes heat effectively, supporting high-volume cooking on the flat top surface.
• Fully welded stainless steel body and surrounds provide long-term structural rigidity and resistance to the daily wear of a commercial kitchen.
• Piezo ignition on both the griddle and oven burners allows fast, reliable start-up without the need for a separate ignition source.
• Constant pilot flame with pilot flame failure safety protection on open burners and the oven burner improves operational safety and energy efficiency.
• GN 1/1 compatible oven cavity with three-position racking and removable chrome wire rack supports maximises flexibility for different tray and pan sizes.
• Adjustable legs (140 to 170mm) allow levelling on uneven kitchen floors and assist with alignment in a multi-unit suite configuration.
• Vitreous enamel oven interior and door, combined with stainless steel spill zones and drip trays, reduce cleaning time between services.
