Goldstein PF12Q640E-X 800 X-Series 1005mm (40in) Oven Range

Goldstein PF12Q640E-X 800 X-Series 1005mm (40in) Electric Static Oven Range with 6 Burners and 305mm Chargrill

The Goldstein PF12Q640E-X is a heavy duty commercial oven range from the 800 X-Series, spanning 1005mm (40in) across the cooktop and built entirely in Australia. It brings together six high-performance gas burners, a 305mm BBQ chargrill section, and a 1005mm electric static oven into a single versatile unit suited to high-volume commercial kitchens, restaurants, and catering operations.

Built from heavy duty welded stainless steel with fully welded construction around the chargrill and griddle sections, the PF12Q640E-X is engineered for long-term rigidity and straightforward daily maintenance. As part of Goldstein's 800 X-Series modular platform, it supports a range of burner, griddle plate, and chargrill configurations, allowing operators to tailor the unit to their specific menu and workflow needs.

Key Benefits

• Six 33 MJ removable cooktop burners with 40% of flame ports concentrated in the centre cross deliver even, consistent heat across the cooking surface for peak productivity during busy service periods.
• The 305mm heavy duty cast iron reversible chargrill with 2x 20 MJ inline radiant burners per section integrates chargrilling capability directly into the line, reducing the need for separate equipment and saving valuable kitchen space.
• The 1005mm electric static oven with 100°C to 280°C thermostatic control and GN 1/1 capacity with three-position racking provides reliable, consistent baking and roasting output for high-volume production.
• A fully insulated oven cavity and door with vitreous enamel lining retains heat efficiently, supporting consistent cooking results and helping to manage energy consumption.
• Piezo ignition on the oven and constant pilot flame with pilot flame failure protection on open burners maximise operational safety and energy efficiency throughout the service day.
• Stainless steel fascia and sides combined with a removable spill zone and lift-out drip trays simplify routine cleaning and reduce downtime between services.
• Adjustable legs ranging from 140mm to 170mm allow the range to be levelled precisely on uneven kitchen floors, ensuring stable and safe operation.
• Heavy duty cast iron star trivets on the cooktop and reversible cast iron chargrill grates with flat or gradient levelling options provide durability and flexibility for a wide variety of cooking techniques.
• Made in Australia and designed for straightforward servicing, the X-Series construction supports long-term reliability and reduced maintenance costs in demanding commercial environments.
