Goldstein GR/G710FF 700 Series Gourmet Range - Gas top & Gas oven

Goldstein GR/G710FF 700 Series Gourmet Range – 4-Burner Gas Cooktop with Fan-Forced Gas Oven

The Goldstein GR/G710FF is a 700 Series Gourmet Range combining a four-burner gas cooktop with a 530mm fan-forced gas oven, built in Australia to meet the rigorous demands of busy commercial kitchens. The unit features a fully insulated, gastronorm-compatible oven cavity measuring 530 x 500 x 290mm, driven by a convection fan and motor for consistent, even heat that reduces cooking times and allows lower operating temperatures compared to conventional ovens.

Constructed with a stainless steel body and door, the GR/G710FF is designed for long-term durability and ease of cleaning. It meets NSW Department of Education requirements, making it suitable for school canteens and institutional kitchens alongside restaurants, catering operations and other high-volume venues. Piezo ignition with flame failure protection and standing pilots are fitted as standard across all burners, providing both convenience and safety in demanding kitchen environments.

Key Benefits

• Fan-forced oven circulation delivers faster, more even cooking results while allowing lower operating temperatures, improving energy efficiency and food quality.
• Four open burners — including three high-output 18.5 MJ burners and one 12.9 MJ simmer burner — provide flexible heat control for a wide range of cooking tasks simultaneously.
• Fully insulated, gastronorm-compatible oven cavity accommodates standard commercial baking trays and pans, simplifying workflow in high-output kitchens.
• Flame failure devices on all burners automatically shut off gas if a flame is extinguished, reducing the risk of gas-related incidents.
• Heavy-duty removable cast iron trivets and a stainless steel spill pan make daily cleaning straightforward and help maintain hygiene standards.
• Australian-made construction to commercial-grade standards ensures reliability and durability under continuous daily use.
• Meets NSW Department of Education requirements, broadening suitability for institutional, educational and government-operated food service facilities.
• Piezo ignition with standing pilots allows quick, reliable burner lighting without the need for separate ignition tools.
• Accepts both natural gas and LPG supply via a 3/4" BSP connection, providing installation flexibility across different site configurations.
