Gasmax GGS-24LPG Gas Griddle and Gas Toaster with Cabinet

Gasmax GGS-24LPG Gas Griddle and Gas Toaster with Cabinet

The Gasmax GGS-24LPG is a dual-function LPG commercial unit that combines a heavy-duty gas griddle on top with an integrated gas toaster below, all supported by a double-door cabinet base. With a total output of 46.5MJ/h across three cast iron open burners, it delivers consistent, powerful heat for high-volume breakfast service, burger cookery, bun toasting and more, making it equally well suited to food trucks, kiosks, takeaway shops and compact commercial kitchens.

Built on a welded steel frame with a 19mm mild steel griddle plate and stainless steel front panelling, the GGS-24LPG is engineered for long-term commercial durability and heat retention. The integrated toaster compartment features an 8.25-inch broiler opening with a sliding rack, while the cabinet base provides practical on-site storage, keeping the overall footprint compact and the workstation productive.

Key Benefits

• Two cooking functions in one unit allow operators to grill on the hotplate and toast buns or bread simultaneously, improving throughput without additional equipment.
• LPG connection makes the unit suitable for mobile and off-grid setups such as food trucks and outdoor kiosks where natural gas is unavailable.
• The 19mm heavy-duty mild steel plate retains heat effectively during busy service periods, maintaining consistent cooking surface temperatures.
• Flame failure control on every burner automatically shuts off gas if the flame extinguishes, reducing safety risks in a busy kitchen environment.
• A pull-out crumb tray with angled front handle and a large grease collector simplify cleaning during and after service, supporting fast turnaround.
• Adjustable heavy-duty legs allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, ensuring stable operation and an even cooking surface.
• The piezo igniter and continuous pilot system make starting quick and straightforward, minimising downtime at the beginning of service.
• The double-door cabinet base keeps storage close at hand, reducing the need for separate shelving and making better use of available floor space.
• A comprehensive warranty of 2 years parts and labour plus a further 2 years parts only (with product registration within 14 days of invoice) provides strong long-term coverage for commercial operators.
