Gasmax GG-36LPG Three burner LPG Griddle Top

Gasmax GG-36LPG Three Burner LPG Griddle Top

The Gasmax GG-36LPG is a commercial-grade LPG griddle top designed to handle the demands of high-volume kitchens in cafes, restaurants, and catering operations. Featuring three heavy-duty steel U-shape burners across a 900mm-wide cooking surface, it delivers a total output of 99MJ/h with each burner rated at 30MJ/h, providing independent temperature zones that allow staff to cook different menu items simultaneously.

Constructed from stainless steel throughout, the GG-36LPG pairs a robust 22mm heavy-duty mild steel cooking plate with stainless steel splash guards on three sides, a front grease channel, and a stainless steel oil collector beneath the plate for straightforward cleaning and hygiene management. A flame failure safety system, durable brass control valves, adjustable heavy-duty legs, and a 3/4-inch rear gas connection round out a unit built for reliable, long-term performance. Note: the LPG model and conversion kit are not available in New Zealand.

Key Benefits

• Three independent heat zones across the 900mm surface let cooks manage different menu items at different temperatures at the same time, improving kitchen throughput.
• Each U-shape burner delivers 30MJ/h for a combined 99MJ/h output, providing the power needed to maintain consistent cooking temperatures during peak service periods.
• The 22mm heavy-duty mild steel plate retains and distributes heat evenly, reducing hot spots and producing consistent results for burgers, eggs, bacon, steaks, pancakes, and more.
• A front grease channel directs fat and food residue into a stainless steel oil collector, making end-of-service cleaning faster and reducing the risk of grease build-up.
• Stainless steel splash guards on three sides protect surrounding surfaces and equipment, supporting a cleaner, more hygienic workspace.
• A built-in flame failure system automatically cuts gas supply if the flame is extinguished, reducing the risk of gas incidents in a busy kitchen environment.
• Field-convertible gas configuration means the unit can be adapted on-site without specialist equipment, offering greater flexibility for venues with changing infrastructure.
• Adjustable heavy-duty legs allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, ensuring stable operation and an even cooking surface in real-world kitchen conditions.
• Backed by a 2-year parts and labour warranty plus an additional 2-year parts-only warranty when the product is registered within 14 days of invoice, providing long-term peace of mind.
