The Bain Marie Pasteurizer allows the Temperature to be set up to 90°C to maintain the organic c h a r a c teristics of the product. The revolutionary patented IES electronics eliminate the phenomenon of thermal inertia which a l s o a llows an extremely accurate working temperature thus reducing energy consumption. The Pasteurizer also has Automatic no-frost function, Automatic cycle re-start after p o w e r failure, Stainless Steel cylinder-block vat and an outlet spigot with independent washing system for ease of cleaning after each use.
