The Forje WSS8 is an 8-litre professional stock pot engineered for the rigorous demands of commercial kitchens. Constructed with two grades of stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 430) encapsulating a 5mm fully encapsulated aluminium heat diffuser base, it delivers even, controlled heat distribution across all cooking surfaces.
Finished in a fine satin texture inside and out, the WSS8 is straightforward to clean and resists showing the wear marks typical of heavy daily use. The pot comes complete with a matching lid and is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, as well as being fully dishwasher safe.
