Forje WSS20 Stock Pot - Including Lid 20Lt

Forje WSS20 Stainless Steel Stock Pot with Lid 20Lt

The Forje WSS20 is a 20-litre professional stock pot built to meet the demanding standards of commercial kitchens. Constructed with two grades of stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 430) encapsulating a 5.5 mm fully encapsulated aluminium thermic base, it delivers even, efficient heat distribution across all cooktop types including gas, electric, ceramic and induction.

Finished inside and out with a fine satin surface, the WSS20 resists showing the signs of heavy use while remaining straightforward to clean, including in a commercial dishwasher. A matching lid is included, and the pot forms part of the broader Forje cookware range available from 8-litre through to 98-litre capacities, making it easy to build a consistent batterie de cuisine.
