Constructed with two grades of stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 430) fully encapsulating a 5.5 mm aluminium thermic base, it delivers exceptional heat diffusion and retention across the entire cooking surface. The premium Teflon non-stick interior coating ensures reliable food release and effortless cleaning, while the fine satin exterior finish resists visible wear and wipe-down easily after heavy use.
Compatible with all major heat sources including gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, the FP36T suits virtually any commercial kitchen setup. Dishwasher safe for streamlined back-of-house cleaning, it is available in a range of capacities from 1.25 litres to 6.25 litres to suit different service requirements.
