The Förje FP28 is a 3.0 litre professional frying pan engineered for the rigorous demands of commercial kitchens. Constructed with two grades of stainless steel (AISI 304 and AISI 430) encapsulating a fully encapsulated 5.5 mm aluminium thermic base, the pan delivers even, efficient heat diffusion across all cooking surfaces including gas, electric, ceramic and induction.

Finished inside and out with a fine satin surface, the FP28 resists visible wear and wipes down easily, making it a practical long-term choice for busy service environments. At 280 mm in diameter and 50 mm deep, it offers a versatile cooking surface suited to a wide range of pan-fry and sauté tasks. A matching lid is available separately, and the pan is fully dishwasher safe. A Teflon-coated version is also available.
