The base features a fully encapsulated 5 mm aluminium thermic heat diffuser sandwiched between two grades of stainless steel, AISI 304 and AISI 430, delivering even, consistent heat across all cooktop types including induction.
Finished inside and out with a fine satin surface, the CH11 resists the visible wear of daily commercial use and cleans up quickly whether by hand or in the dishwasher. At 11.1 litres capacity and 280 mm in diameter, this high casserole pot is well suited to batch cooking, braising and stock preparation, and comes complete with a matching lid.
