Offering a 417L gross capacity (400L net) and a working temperature range of +2 to +8°C, the unit delivers fan-forced cooling with a rapid recovery rate that keeps ingredients consistently chilled and within arm's reach throughout service. The cabinet is tropicalised for Australian conditions, rated to a maximum ambient temperature of 43°C at 60% relative humidity, and uses environmentally responsible R290 refrigerant alongside HFC and CFC free foam insulation.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel inside and out, the counter features rounded corners that simplify cleaning and a solid stainless steel work surface on top. The refrigerated well accepts up to 8 x 1/3 GN pans to a depth of 150mm, and each of the three door sections houses a GN1/1 compatible shelf with a 40kg load rating. The display top is capable of retaining its chilled temperature for a period of four hours after pre-chilling, while optional 2 or 3 drawer configurations can replace the door sections to better suit specific prep workflows.
