Fagor F-G9215LPG Kore 900 Series LPG Deep Fat Fryer

Fagor F-G9215LPG Kore 900 Series LPG Deep Fat Fryer

The Fagor F-G9215LPG is a heavy-duty dual-tank LPG deep fat fryer from the Kore 900 Series, engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens. It features two 15-litre wells and delivers a total output of 108 MJ/h (30 kW), with a power-to-litre ratio of up to 1.00 kW/litre, enabling rapid heat-up and consistent recovery between batches.

Constructed with 2mm thick 304 stainless steel surface tops and precision laser-cut, automatically welded joints, the F-G9215LPG combines robust build quality with practical design details such as front-accessible components, individual well lids, and IPX5 water protection. The integrated cold zone, thermostatic control, and high-temperature ball valve oil drain make this unit well suited to demanding, continuous frying operations.

Key Benefits

• Dual 15-litre tanks allow two different products to be fried simultaneously, increasing throughput and menu flexibility.
• High power-to-litre ratio of up to 1.00 kW/litre means the oil returns to target temperature quickly after loading, maintaining consistent output during peak service.
• Cold zone at the base of each well traps food particles away from the active heating area, slowing oil degradation and extending oil life.
• Thermostatic temperature control across a 60-200°C range gives operators precise adjustment for a wide variety of fried foods.
• Robust high-temperature ball valve on each well makes oil unloading straightforward and safe, reducing mess and downtime during oil changes.
• Individual lids for each well help retain heat when not in active use and protect oil quality during idle periods.
• Front-accessible components simplify routine servicing and inspection without requiring the unit to be moved.
• IPX5-rated water protection allows confident cleaning with water jets, supporting hygiene compliance in commercial environments.
• Spark train ignition and a dedicated safety thermostat provide reliable, protected start-up and safeguard against overheating.
