Fagor F-G9115 Kore 900 Series Natural Gas Deep Fat Fryer

Fagor F-G9115 Kore 900 Series Natural Gas Deep Fat Fryer

The Fagor F-G9115 is a 15-litre single-tank natural gas deep fat fryer from the Kore 900 Series, engineered for high-volume commercial kitchen operations. Delivering 15kW (54MJ/h) of heating power, it reaches operating temperature rapidly and maintains consistent frying performance throughout a busy service, making it well suited to restaurants, canteens, and catering venues that demand reliable output.

Built to the robust standards of the Kore 900 range, the F-G9115 features a 2mm thick 304 stainless steel surface top, precision laser-cut and automatically welded joints with hidden screws, and an IPX5-rated water protection rating for straightforward cleaning. Thermostatic control spanning 60 to 200°C, a safety thermostat, and front-access componentry combine to make daily operation and routine maintenance practical for kitchen staff.

Key Benefits

• Rapid heat-up thanks to high-power gas burners minimises waiting time at the start of service and during busy periods.
• Thermostatic control across a wide 60-200°C range allows precise temperature matching for different fried products, from delicate seafood to thick-cut chips.
• The integrated safety thermostat provides automatic overheat protection, reducing the risk of oil fires and giving operators added peace of mind.
• IPX5-grade water protection means the unit can be cleaned down with a hose or high-pressure spray without risk of damage to internal components.
• Front-access componentry allows technicians and maintenance staff to service the fryer without pulling it away from the wall, reducing downtime.
• The tank is built directly into the surface top, eliminating awkward removable vessel handling and keeping the workspace tidy.
• Hidden screws and automatically welded, laser-cut joints create a smooth, hygienic exterior that is quicker to wipe down and less prone to harbouring grease or food debris.
• A comprehensive warranty of 2 years parts and labour plus a further 2 years parts only (with product registration within 14 days of invoice) provides long-term cost protection for the business.
