Fagor CP-G905 Kore 900 Series Pasta Cooker

Fagor CP-G905 Kore 900 Series Gas Pasta Cooker

The Fagor CP-G905 is a heavy-duty gas pasta cooker from the Kore 900 Series, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens, pasta bars and busy food service operations. It features a single GN-1/1 tank with a 40-litre capacity, a 16 kW output and compatibility with both Natural Gas and LPG, giving operators flexibility in how they set up and run their kitchen.

Constructed with a 2 mm thick 304 stainless steel surface top and a stainless steel burner positioned outside the tank within a dedicated combustion chamber, the CP-G905 delivers efficient, even heating from the bottom and sides of the tank. Rated to IPX5 for water protection and equipped with multiple safety systems, it is designed to perform reliably under the demands of continuous commercial service.

Key Benefits

• Flexible basket configurations using three included 1/3-size baskets allow simultaneous cooking of different pasta types or portion sizes from a single tank.
• 16 kW gas output with bottom-and-side tank heating ensures rapid heat recovery so service keeps pace with demand during peak periods.
• Available in both Natural Gas and LPG configurations, making the unit suitable for a wide range of kitchen setups without modification.
• IPX5-rated water protection safeguards the controls and electrical components against the high-moisture environment typical of pasta cooking stations.
• An automatic safety circuit cuts power if the tank runs dry, protecting the equipment and reducing the risk of damage during busy services.
• Controls are mounted on a protective base with an anti-infiltration design, keeping water out of sensitive electronics and extending service life.
• Front-access component layout simplifies routine maintenance and servicing, minimising downtime.
• A high-temperature-resistant mechanical ball valve with safety overflow makes draining the 40-litre tank straightforward and safe.
• A comprehensive 2-year parts and labour warranty, extendable to an additional 2 years parts-only cover upon registration within 14 days of invoice, provides strong long-term peace of mind.
