The Fagor BG7-10 is a natural gas charcoal grill from the 700 Series modular cooking range, designed to deliver authentic charcoal-grilled results in high-volume commercial kitchens. Lava rocks heated by a stainless steel burner with piezoelectric ignition replicate the radiant heat of traditional charcoal cooking, producing well-seared surfaces while locking in moisture and flavour.

Built from austenitic stainless steel throughout, the BG7-10 features two reversible cast iron grids with a cooking area of 340 x 500 mm each, adjustable to three angle positions to suit different products and cooking styles. The 700 Series platform supports a wide range of modular configurations, allowing operators to combine grills with ovens, fryers, hotplates, pasta cookers and more to create a fully customised cooking suite.
